Return Policies
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thefabulous.store or Whatsapp. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the respective address, from where we have dispatched the orders.

If your return is accepted,
We will schedule a reverse pickup for the order if the request was made within the first 3 days after the ordered delivered.
After that within 4th to 7th day of the order delivered, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please share your Order ID as well in the email.
For Prepaid Orders:
The full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)
For Cash On Delivery:
A refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising a return.
Exchange Policies
Free Exchanges
We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you won't be charged extra to exchange the product(s). It's on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.
Other Conditions
• We can exchange the product for a different size or the correct product of the same value at no extra charge and will arrange for the reverse pickup.
• If the new exchange product is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference online.
• In exceptional cases where a return is accepted without a delivery issue or incorrect order, Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse pickup service costs due to increased logistics expenses.
• Refunds will be issued as a store coupon code/wallet/Cash Transfer that can be used on thefabulous.store to order a new product as well.
• The store coupon code will be provided within 24 hours after the refund request is accepted.
• Please note that the color and design of the T-shirt may slightly vary from what is displayed on our website, social media pages, and ads.
• Returns and refunds are not possible for slight variations in the color or design of the delivered product.
• If it is determined that the defect is due to your actions or omissions, we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid.
• To avoid such issues, do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not qualify.
• Exchange/Return requests will only be processed once per order.
• In exceptional cases where a second exchange is processed, Rs 100 will be charged.
• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters the processing phase, making it difficult to cancel. If the cancellation request is made after 12 hours, Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund if the order has not been shipped. If the order is shipped and then rejected upon delivery, Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund. These amounts cover shipping and processing charges. The refund will be processed via UPI, GPay, or bank transfer within 4-5 working days.
• Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable. If the COD amount is not charged, Rs 99 will be deducted from the refund.
• We reserve the right to charge Rs 150/500gms for reverse pickup, which can be paid online or deducted from the refund.
• Free exchanges are available for size issues, but refunds are not.
• If the customer rejects the product at the time of delivery, Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any product that has been used or washed once cannot be exchanged or refunded.
You need to email us at info@thefabulous.store or Whatsapp with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable Scenario's
If by any chance you have done any damage to the Product, worn it, any disorientation, or cut happened, or the tag is missing, then we won't be able to do the returns for the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items purchased from The Fabulous Store are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange For Something Else?
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as gift card.
Frequenty Asked Questions
How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps•Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size. You can check out our size guide for reference.
•Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
•After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
•From there, you can either log in to your existing TFS account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Complete Order’.
What to do if I am having Issue with Product Fit?

What if I just don't like the Product?
We are sorry that you don't like the product - You can get them returned within 7 days.

What should I do if my Payment fails?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
- Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
- If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at info@thefabulous.store
How can I get my ordered delivered faster?
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we start offering such a service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
Why can’t I see the Cash On Delivery (COD) option?
If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
- Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS/Whatsapp with details of your order and your order ID.
- You’ll receive another email & SMS/ Whatsapp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
How do I check the status of my order?
- After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email and SMS. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email, SMS and Whatsapp.
- In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
- If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, write to us at info@thefabulous.store, we will see what we can do to help.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our partners to pack and ship your product.
Though, you can always cancel the order before 6 hours, when the order was placed.
Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
You will automatically get subscribed to our marketing emails and SMS's after registering with us. In case you do not want to receive these, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the email.
The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.
In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping charges be credited back?
No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.
My product has been picked up but I have not got my refund yet.
- If it has been 48-72 hours since the order has been picked by our courier partner and if the refund is not processed, please email us at info@thefabulous.store and we will sort it out for you.
